As a 16 year old boy with autism, Sam’s life is dominated by routine and predictability. But, what if it wasn’t? What if it was chaos and unfamiliarity, with no two days the same?
In a desperate attempt to help Sam develop independence and coping mechanisms for adult life, his father takes a radical chance by doing the most unfamiliar and unpredictable thing he can think of: 6 months travelling across Africa with nothing but a backpack, a passport and a camera.
